Family Celebration chart

Our Family Celebration Charts are a simple and decorative way to keep track of the special moments your family celebrates.
Each chart is made from re purposed pallet wood, so each chart is unique. Simply write names and dates on each disc and hang them beneath the month that they occur.
Measuring 40cm wide and 16cm tall, they will suit most families and look lovely where ever they are placed.
Each chart comes with 20 discs, a mixture of hearts for anniversaries and circles for birthdays.
