FAQ's

All of our rulers are made from responsibly sourced New Zealand Pine.

Your ruler will arrive ready to hang, with 2 hooks on the back. 
Each ruler is hand made with love and care, therefore some variations may happen with grain and colours chosen.

WE ARE LOCATED IN ELLENBROOK, WA & WE OFFER COLLECTION, 
PLEASE USE THE CODE "LOCAL" AT THE CHECKOUT 
We will email you with our address once your order is nearing completion.

Please note that we are a husband and wife team, who both work and take care of our beautiful 4 year old. We aim to have orders completed and on their way to you within 6 weeks. We will be in touch if these times change.

POSTAGE
All orders are shipped via various couriers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your order can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your item when delivery is attempted, then you must follow the instructions on the card that is left for you. 
All deliveries take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you require an item sooner then please contact us first. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All orders are final and we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.
